This fall at RHS we have a new CIF sport, girls Flag Football! The turnout has been great with almost 40 girls playing our first ever season of the sport. So far there have been three scrimmages and one game for both the varsity and JV team. On August 22nd, our girls played against Steel Canyon and got to experience their first game and learned even more about the sport. Some of the players were nervous about the game and how it would go but soon into the game everyone was ready to show the opposing team what theyâve got.Â
Our flag football team practices almost every day. They continually put in their all to better themselves and the sport. These girls are ready to commit to this season no matter what it brings.Â
On September 3rd, the Varsity team has our first ever home game against El Camino! Itâs at 7:15 and our bulldogs are ready to make us proud. Be there to support our team and give a big welcome to this new sport!
