Winter Pep Rally!

This year to kick off the winter sports season RHS had a winter sports pep rally! It was filled with games, chants, and lots of fun. Led by Peyton Webber and Delilah Williams the whole pep rally was filled with excitement. Starting off obviously with our cheer and song team to get us into the spirits and then it was moved to many class chants. Then multiple winter sports competed against each other in a series of games. The first game that the pep rally had was a race. Team members from each sport competed against each other in a basketball shot, water polo ball throw and catch, and balloon-popping race. First up we had girls and boys basketball and girls and boys wrestling compete. Boys basketball took the win for that one. Then we had girls soccer, boys soccer, and girl water polo compete. Boys soccer took the win! 

Next up was some class competition where class presidents compete against each other in a game of race tic-tac-toe. There were 3 rounds and in the end juniors ended up winning (some would say they say Deion didn’t win though). Each class president also got dunked by their fellow classmates which left them all soaked. We also can’t forget about Mrs. Rod dunking Mr. Larkin! Of course all this fun makes us so excited for the winter season, but we can’t forget about the amazing accomplishments of our fall sports. Girls tennis and girls volleyball were recognized at this pep rally for being league champions this year!

To finish off the rally of course we had to finish it off with the alma mater to wish our winter sports good luck this. Lets have an amazing winter sports season this year RHS!
